When we remove a project, it is because we don't feel that it is suitable for all ages. The report feature is used to let us know of these sorts of projects, but we make the final decision, so please don't blame other users for your project being taken down - it was for a good reason. As per joshuaho, if you think that your project was unfairly removed, use the Contact Us link instead of complaining on the forums.
