Run Some Experiments to See The Results of Warnings
I’ve noticed that the Scratch Team has stated that they encourage people to think about what they did wrong when they receive a mute, alert, or ban. But is this really working? I don’t think that young people nowadays think about their actions as much (and no offense to those people,) so the current system isn’t really working.
So, my suggestion is to run 2 experiments.
The First Experiment:
Over a month or two, the Scratch Team should monitor people that receive mutes, alerts, and bans using the current system to see what percentage of those people actually learn from their mistakes.
The Second Experiment:
Over a month or two, the Scratch Team should monitor people that receive mutes, alerts, and bans using the system of explicitly telling people what they did wrong and see what percentage of those people learn from their mistakes.
I think that this could give useful information to the Scratch Team about whether the current system is working or not.
So, what do you think? Could this solve (or at least partially solve) the problem?

Support.
This can make it more clear for the ST to know if people care about the warnings.
However, they must make it only accessible for the ST.
