Why doesn't Scratch 3.0 have a 64-bit version?

This question sounds basic, but 64-bit versions of programs have access to more RAM and registries. This would be useful in big projects

What? Scratch doesn't have 32-bit nor 64-bit.

Wait I thought it was 64-bit XD (I mean, the macOS version would have to be 64-bit to run on macOS 10.15.x and up)
Edit: the installer seems to run for me and I'm on a 32-bit OS right now, so..
My browser / operating system: Windows XP, Chrome 144.0.0.0, No Flash versions detected

I opened Task Manager on my 64-bit computer while running the offline editor, and it said "(32 bits)*

Yeah it must be 64-bit only for Mac I guess (it probably is 32-bit bc the installer seems to be 32-bit and runs, just it says “Windows 7 or later required” unless I use the compatibility mode trick, then the installer actually runs)
Maybe they could add 32-bit and 64-bit for Windows

Same, when I tried Scratch on Windows XP in a VM, it needed Windows 7 or later, but I installed OneCore API and managed to get it working

Yeah, you can actually bypass that warning by using compatibility mode and selecting Windows 95, Windows 98/ME, or Windows NT 4.0, though the app won't work without OS or app modifications. This will also work for other Electron apps
