I'm a jack of all trades, an all rounder, and I'm up for this. I have plenty of experience with scratch and I reckon i'm in with a shot. Could you describe what will be happening in more detail? Will it be you assigning teams and then the teams have to work against each other to make the best project?

Yes, sorry I was so brief. If you want to sign up, click on the hyperlink in my first post, and view the project. Remix it filling out the form. I'll look at the applications, and pair up teams of five that are pretty well rounded. The teams will have to find a way to meet, and then create a project due August 9th. Extra points are rewarded to views, loves, and favorites you get, so if you release it early it doesn't hurt. There will be 10 teams and 10 judges. By the end of August the results will be posted. The general theme is “Simplicity”. The rest of the guidelines are in the project.

I really want to take part in this! But can new scratchers such as me take part? I am quite experienced with Scratch, well, sorta. My only project so far is one of my bests.
