That PR is from a regular Scratch user (@Rosics), not someone who works at the Scratch Foundation and/or has any kind of access to NGP whatsoever (unless we count the publicly available Scratch for Schools pilot). Also, Scratch-WWW is NOT NGP, it's what NGP will replace.

The correct domain is schools.scratch.org, which just says ‘Not found’ as it was taken down. You can still see it on the Wayback Machine, although it is a bit buggy there

The comment appears to have been deleted, strangely.
Possibly it's just one of those issues with profile comments disappearing and reappearing, but I reloaded the page quite a few times and it still didn't find the comment.
