can we bring back the beta.scratch.mit.edu?

so like when scratch 4 beta is ready can we put it up at beta.scratch.mit.edu

It's up to the ST if they want people to test it or keep it a secret.

can we bring back the beta.scratch.mit.edu?

I think what they should do instead is TEMPORARILY allow switching back to the 3.0 site if 4.0 is too buggy once 4.0 releases. The scratch-www interface (and scratchr2) should move to old.scratch.mit.edu but saves the projects from that site and whatever you share in old.scratch.mit.edu will also show up on scratch.mit.edu, but projects created or edited on scratch.mit.edu will not show up on old.scratch.mit.edu

OMG YES SCRATCH 2 MOVE TO OLD.SCRATCH.MIT.EDU AND HAVE RUFFLE BUNDLED WITH IT

the scratch 2 beta was an entire scratchr2 beta website
the scratch 3 beta only contained the editor

so i think the scratch 4 beta will also only contain the editor because of scratch lab

We shouldn't do Scratch 2.0, though.
Also, I said TEMPORARILY, not permanent.
