Heads Up: The Scratch editor lags out browsers pretty bad

My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 147.0.0.0, No Cornerian Computer detected
Sometimes it freezes the browser or in my case audio stutters (freezes up audio pretty bad),
this hasn't happened till now with the new update, and it's a shame because i'm not able to code on here with this bug as my pc isn't made for stuff that heavy on power (i can't run high end games or stuff, only some sites and low end games) this is just a warning to anyone for might have this problem as well

Yeah, I think it might be the new update. There's some really weird bugs now

they are switching to a newer version of Blockly; i think they will release more updates soon to make it more stable; in the meanwhile use Turbowarp

Though TurboWarp is often blocked in schools, and it kinda sucks to have lag and blocks disappearing when you're in school too or trying to make a school project

Man I thought Scratch was hacked and was mining crypto or something because of the random giant yellow pop-ups about accounts and teachers and the intense lag, I thought Scratch was hacked but apparently they did it themselves

you need to link a project with this lag or the devs can't reproduce your bug.

It seems like the editor is pretty laggy when I scroll it around, and when I pick up and drop a large script, there's a noticeable brief period of lag.
I'm testing on this project, by the way.

Yesterday, before the update, everything was as speedy as light, no issues.

The same thing has been happening to me. I guess that 90% of my code visually vanished, but the game still runs fine as long as I’m not in the editor. I’ve noticed a few changes everytime I’ve refreshed the page, such as a new block joining animation. ;-;

Bruh the UI be bugging out. Whenever I reorganize using the clean up tool, it looks straight, but when I save and reload the project, some blocks misalign, and that's not the only thing!

This is my first time reporting a bug. One of the bugs I found was that I could not scroll down. I thought going in and out of the scratch project would work. But then, Bowser jr's code just disappeared (this is for a project I'm working on).

Now I know why the font of the blocks is changed.
