Why is cocrea banned
Because it's a Scratch-like platform that allows 13+ projects and isn't trusted to have the moderation/safety standards of this website .
It's basically a 13+ site, and Scratch is mostly for kids 8-12, so it doesn't make sense to link people who are mainly younger than the indented age to another social platform.
Being a Scratch-like platform would also attract kids more as compared to other platforms, meaning there is more risk of them seeing the 13/ content on the site. (Yes, there are age warnings, but the site seems to be intended for 13+ users and content warnings can be easily skipped)

- You can bypass it using m.youtube.com links. example
