I am here because I have a problem with Scratch 1.4. I wanted to install it on my Windows 11 PC but when I launch it, it just show an error who say that he cant find the GetMainArgs DLL or something same. I tried all : use compatibility with Windows XP SP3 in the properties, launch as administrator, install the Windows XP SP3 Runtime x86 and reboot my pc then launch Scratch again, but nothing worked. I prefer the Scratch 1.4 interface, this is why I want to get it. Please, help me.

Just so you know, you don't have to download Scratch 1.4 to use the Scratch 1.4 editor, as the following link let's you use Scratch 1.4 in your browser: https://squeak.js.org/scratch/.
By the way, could you please take a screenshot of the error, upload the screenshot on to a whitelisted image host, such as cubeupload, and then post the link to the image here?

this would go better in bugs and glitches and also i dont think 1.4 is still supported
1.4 was built for Windows Me to Windows 8, I don't think it works on Windows 11.
You could try doing it in a VM… and then there's always Linux

Here is a my screenshot !
I dont want Scratch 1.4 on navigator.
NOTE : I have also installed Java but it not resolve the problem.

I think it not found old DLL because my system is too recent, but that's not a problem: I have Scratch 2.0 with AdobeAIR, now.

That can't be the issue because Scratch 1.4 normally works on Windows 11
I think you should try re-installing it

Can you send what Windows version you're using (I know you're on 11, but I'm asking for the specific update)?
You can view this by doing this:
1. Open the “run” dialog by pressing Windows Key and R at the same time
2. Enter “winver” in the dialog
It should show something that looks like the images here:

No the page says that, but that's because Scratch never checked for compatibility with later versions so they never listed it. It should work
