1. Insomnia

» Insomnia is a common sleep disorder characterized by a consistent lack of sleep, whether it be because of troubles going to sleep or staying asleep. Around ⅓ of all adults worldwide have symptoms of it and 10% have chronic insomnia, which lasts at least three months. It can be caused by a variety of things, but in Celestialkit's case it's because of her anxiety and being too worried about anything happening her siblings to fall asleep and will be periodic, only happening a few days every couple of weeks.

» Celestialkit won't experience all of the symptoms, but it'll still affect him significantly, especially later on once vey're an apprentice. Because of the lack of sleep, Celestialkit will have a hard time reacting to things in time and feel more anxious than they would normally, which will in turn lead to more bouts of insomnia and fuel the cycle.
