You can make that PFP in the vector editor quite easily (if you are good in vectors)

I don't think anyone else can do that, but codubee is an administrator for Scratch; I'm pretty sure he can make some exceptions for himself

He's an Engineer so yeah….

Since Codubee is the director of technology, he probably coded it for himself. Others can't do it though.

I think codex thought OP was talking abt the design of the pfp, not the rotate-image-when-page-reloads thing
