- Hi, I’m Moon! She/her please! Lovely to meet you. I am a casual digital artist, author, role-player, and avid animal-rescuer. My favorite color is light blue, I enjoy basically all deserts, and I have been active on scratch for 3 years now.

⊱┊ why I want the kit

Well. I’m so very glad you asked.

Ok, so taking it back about 5 years ago, I was young, just getting into the warrior’s series, and discovering that no, there are no real rules when it comes to writing. Very powerful combinations, I know. Immediately I began illustrating a fan fiction that will never (ever) see the light of day again, and the main character? Her name was Arachnid, and she was a tortoishell black and grey she-cat with an obsession with bugs and the moon.

Ok anyways I immediately had like 6 heart attacks when I saw Widowkit because oh my goodness this gorgeous diva already has an entire personality that I can’t wait to try and meet her standards!

⊱┊ first impressions

You watch the sun filter through the trees, watch it create puddles of shadows in the crevices between the leaves, the entire scene blending seamlessly into the forest background. Except. One of those shadows aren’t like the others. A lithe she-cat slowly steps into the lights, dappled dark patterning perfectly melting into the shadows that surround her. Her pelt is a canvas of dark stripes and spots, soft and lithe, equally silk and oil. She slowly stalks towards you, eyes set in concentration, a deep brown piercing into your soul, seeing right into your deepest weakness, your deepest fears. Her long tail loops around her back legs, ears reaching for the canopy. She stops, hesitates a moment, before slowly softening her stance, recognition dawning in her gaze. She smiles, long front fangs glinting in the light, and begins to speak.

( + )

Intelligent - Never will you meet a more intuitive cat. She thinks at such a fast pace that most cat’s can’t keep up with her trail of thought - most of the time, she can’t either. She’s as smart as they come, and is very attuned to social situations and problem-solving. She’s great at using her wits to find creative solutions to things, and it helps in a verbal smackdown to have a great comeback every time.

Talented - She can pick up pretty much anything you teach her on the first or second try. She observes very carefully when she applies herself, and her ambition (see ambition) fuels her on to be the best, the very *very* best she can possibly be.

Resilient - There isn’t a whole lot in the world that she can’t come back from. She guards her pride pretty close to her heart, and doesn’t always mind being insulted. However, her ego doesn’t like being bruised, and she’ll do pretty much anything to redeem herself (see impulsive). She can flight through any injury, talk through most pain. The only thing that really gets to her is betrayal of a cat she loves dearly, being looked down upon by certain family members, and when innocent beings are hurt without reason. Then she get’s very, VERY angry.

Ambitious - She has the underlying need to be the best, for the clan, for her family, but mostly for herself. She never wants to feel out of control or looked down upon by her family members. She has dreams of being the best warrior in the clan, the best hunter, the best fighter. But she’ll also settle for winning small battles. There’s no challenge she wouldn’t accept (see impulsive).

Impulsive - Well…let’s just say for all that intelligence, sometimes her intrusive thoughts and need to prove herself gets the better of her. the phrase I would use in the situation would be “For someone so very smart, you can be such an idiot.” She would swim under the ice of a frozen lake if it was a matter of pride, straight up attack a cat if they hurt her or someone she cares about. She’s the scary one in the freind group, the one that will NOT take any amount of injustice from ANYONE (except for the cats she babies)(see family opinions).

Diva - She’s a pretty gurl, and she knows it. Her ego is so large you could fly a hot air balloon with it. Her confidence is very solid, and it takes a lot of bore through it. She carries herself with an air of always being right (even when she isn’t), and likes to point it out. She loves to be adored, complimented, or appreciated in any way. She likes to take it flamboyantly, but will be polite on occasion in her later years.

Manipulative - Because she always wants to get her way, all the time, she will use her extensive charms and sharp tongue to get what she wants on occasion. She has the uncanny ability to see beyond your walls, and learns how to pull out the exact stone to knock them down. Most of the time, she barrels right through to the heart of things, generally making a lot of enemies, but also can be subtle in her later years, as she fine-tunes this ability.

Patronizing - She is fueled by drama, and will be generally provoking, insulting, fighting for the sake of fighting. She doesn’t always notice she’s doing this, and when she catches herself she stops. However, this ability is really only developed when she makes friends…so it might be a while until she learns to control her ready-to-fight nature.

Confrontational - When something feels wrong to her, there is no hesitation (see impulsive), and no stopping her from acting, even if the action is not the logical thing to do on the moment. She’s rash, and tends to wing it. Unfortunately, there’s only so much sweet talk will get her through…scars and fights in their dozens are likely in her future.

⊱┊protruding fangs

Protruding fangs (otherwise known as snuggle tooth, depending on the situation) is a generally harmless trait, originating in either a tooth growth abnormality or a genetic predisposition. In the case of both, this can cause difficulty eating, pain, or bad breath. This kind of protruding fangs will be harmless, though potentially a learning curve for Winn. See below.

⊱┊how it will affect the kit

She will probably have trouble speaking at first, and for the sake of the rp (considering they do speak to one another), she will have a small lisp until she becomes an apprentice, when she becomes very self-conscious about it and throws herself into getting rid of it, finally achieving her goal around warriorhood. Otherwise, her eating and daily life will not be very affected, lucky for her.
