As the title says. Examples: charity: water, St. Jude's Chilren Research Hospital.

Based on the Scratch Team's policy of removing links to websites that ask for money, I don't think that would be allowed. Perhaps linking to reputable charities like St. Jude's would be okay, since you wouldn't be asking for money yourself, but I don't know.

Depends on which one. Things well-known like St judes might be ok, but lesser known one are probably not

Usually no I would assume. You can put it in the description like “Donate to (name of charity” but not link it, i think that would be fine.
