Unlike projects, books can’t get remixed or get comments, instead it has special features:

They can read or rate the book

You can create books by filling costumes with pages, and triggering the next costume with an input.

What do you mean by ‘an actual book’? Is this supposed to be some sort of e-book?

Although teaching kids reading would be great, I'm pretty sure that Scratch's main focus is teaching kids how to code using block-based programming.

An actual book is where kids needs to have unless they aren’t good at coding.

Are you saying that these books will help people use Scratch? Like tutorials on a variety of topics?

you can edit if you hit the edit button
edit: and once you do you can add on and it'll let people know it's edited

Unlike projects, books rarely get deleted since you can’t delete a book

A new special thing on what’s happening:

User Readed Book

Don’t worry!, if the book has unsafe content, it will be never shown or unreadable…

BTW!

Here will be a studio, but with your books, called Library

Unlike studios, it’s all yours!

3.2 Disable remixing or censor minor remixes
One of the most important ideas of Scratch is the share aspect. Scratch is a website not only for displaying your work, but also for sharing it with others, and by posting your project on the Scratch website you agree to allow others to remix your work. This includes allowing others to use the backpack to use your creations in their own projects. You are not allowed to write “Do not remix this project” in the Notes and Credits of your project; you may get alerted for this, because it discourages remixing. This extends to the ability to require permission to remix a project, as you have already given permission to others to use your creations by sharing a project on Scratch; for more information, see this post.
4.2 Dislike button or a project rating system
Generally, a user's first several projects are something rather simple, such as test projects, remixes, or projects made using tutorials. Because these projects are simple, other users may give the projects low ratings since they are not advanced. With low enough ratings, the creator might be discouraged enough to stop using Scratch. Moreover, constructive feedback is encouraged on Scratch. A dislike button may show the creator how many people disliked their project, but it tells nothing about what the creator could do better. If you do not like a project, you could choose not to love it, or you could leave a respectful and constructive comment telling the user how to improve, in addition to saying what you like about the project.

With that, a dislike button is rejected for anything, including projects and comments. This includes a dislike or “thumbs down” emoji for comments. This also includes a decoy dislike button that does not raise any number in a “dislike counter”; for more information, see this post. However, a like button for comments is NOT rejected. You can discuss it on this topic.
If what you said gets added (too lazy for links)
Oh cool 800th post

Books can’t get remixed because, you can’t remix an actual book!, read or rate the book, and I think I will became an excellent book creator
