It's kinda funny to think that 8.1 was a totally supported OS up till just a few years ago…

Welcome to the topic about one of the worst (except for 8.1, ig) versions of Windows!Yeah, sure…
When I think about the worst Windows release, NT 3.1 comes to mind. It was slow, unstable, slow, incompatible with existing software, and most importantly, slow.
I've used Windows 8 before and was pretty satisfied with it. I always get a kick out of people claiming it made them switch to Linux; they successfully adapted to an entirely different operating system, yet apparently, the loss of the Start button was too much to bear.
If you clicked on this, you probably use a tabletI've thought about buying a tablet before, but I don't see the point. A 15" laptop is portable enough for any task I would attempt on a PC.
It's kinda funny to think that 8.1 was a totally supported OS up till just a few years ago…Yeah, and Windows 8 got the short end of the stick. It didn't even receive several updates that became available for Windows 7.
