You can use a key value pair:
And make sure that the items in both lists are is the same order, so that the 1st item in three-letter codes is in fact the three-letter code for the 1st item in scientific names, the 2nd item in three-letter codes is the three-letter code for the 2nd item in scientific names, and so on.
(item (item # of [AAT] in [three-letter codes v]) of [scientific names v] :: list)
And make sure that the items in both lists are is the same order, so that the 1st item in three-letter codes is in fact the three-letter code for the 1st item in scientific names, the 2nd item in three-letter codes is the three-letter code for the 2nd item in scientific names, and so on.

You can use a key value pair:There is a problem with this there are more codes than scientific names. 2 codes can be 1 amino acid/scientific name(item (item # of [AAT] in [three-letter codes v]) of [scientific names v] :: list)
