how do i become a scratcher please help me

Your account will at least have to be 3 weeks old, 2 projects shared and you will also have to be active. There will probably be more requirements but these are the main ones. You will receive a message and a link to click on sent by scratch when you meet all the requirements to be a scratcher.

i've shared more than two projects, but i'm not very active.

There was a post about being a scratcher weeks ago and it had about 100 posts, it got closed and the last post was the scratcher system has now fixed.

to become a scratcher you must get a verified adress mail, be active, share projects and create a community

thats how it worked for me

There is a bug related to the server where the automated system won't let new Scratchers promote to Scratchers, so the best resort now if you think you meet the criteria is to use Contact Us or Help Center.

Hi! The Scratch Team are working to fix this persistent bug. For now, you can get the status by going to Contact Us or E-Mailing help@scratch.mit.edu.
