so when i go to the site to download Scratch 2.0 offline editor, I am using chrome browser and it says its not secure. WHy? how else can I download it?

It is secure however when downloading scratch 2 the certificates are expired so it says not secure. Nothing to worry about.

how do i get it then, or can i specifically just get sprites/bgs
