For decorative purposes, you want to add an outline to your text. Now, what you have to do is create the text, click off, head back to the cursor, and outline it that way. Why… you could just do two steps in what currently takes four.

I'm confused. What are you trying to suggest?

In the editor when you make projects, you can outline your text in basically three steps.. It's really not that hard and takes less than five seconds to do. I don't see why they should implement a feature that already exists.

what's the reasoning they can't make it easier?

Ye've a point there. When typin' in text boxes, ye can only change the fill colour, not th' outline, which be right peculiar.

I'm… Still confused… I've reread your first post multiple times and I still can't understand what you're saying. When you select text, there are two color swatches at the option bar above. There's one for outlines, and you can very easily select that and add. You can even change how big the outline is. It's not that hard to access it nor is it a difficult process. I don't know what exactly you're trying to simplify.

I'm… Still confused… I've reread your first post multiple times and I still can't understand what you're saying. When you select text, there are two color swatches at the option bar above. There's one for outlines, and you can very easily select that and add. You can even change how big the outline is. It's not that hard to access it nor is it a difficult process. This would remove the need to have to go to the cursor at all, all you need to do is decide your color.
