Okay, so this might be a bit hard to make, but it the ST can make it, I think it would be a good way to do a lil' trolling.
Basically, if you try to press the green flag on a project with no sprites except scratch cat and no code, scratch cat will jump out of the stage and cause chaos Animation vs Animator style. I think it would be funny to have but it wouldn't cause any damage because pressing the stop button will reset everything. There's no problem with lag not saving projects either, because the project literally had no changes.
(I think this is a simpler way to explain this)
Basically, on entirely unedited projects, when the green flag is clicked, the default sprite (scratch cat) jumps out of the stage and causes chaos in the editor (if you've seen Animation vs Animator, you'll know what I'm referring to)
But when the stop button is clicked, everything resets.
This won't cause problems with unsaved progress due to crashes because there never was any progress
but this might be really hard for ST to make
edit2: accidentally said the same thing twice

I think I'd be more realistic for ScratchCat to do something funny, but still in the project's stage.

Yeah, but HOWI don't know, I'm assuming create an unnecessary amount of costumes and a basic ai system (not a chatbot-type, more like a bot opponent in a game)
–i love my snipping scissors
I use them every day.
I use them to send useless snips
Far far away!–
Plus, it's gonna have a good impact outside of April Fools -.if the ST are gonna design so many costumes for this joke, they might as well put them in the actual Cat sprite

I think if he's gonna go around the editor, it might be funny if he askes you if he can make a project in the blank space.
Then he dashes around clicking blocks together and mashing finally the flag.
The project will be coded to run a simple game that he then jumps into as the character the player controls.

Good Idea, I just think the requirements are too strict. It needs to be able to apply to more projects. Please find a way to make this more generalized, I really like the Idea.… I don't think that this doesn't… what?

Remember, we don't want to make the actual coding experience annoying
I partially agree on another point tho, how about also making this work for ALL OF the scratch mascots?

Not very many people will be clicking the green flag on a blank Scratch project, so the Scratch Team would be spending a lot of time making something for one day that most people won't even see.
