My chromebooks don't have the Google Slide image filter. But the computers in the tech class do and it SUCKS when I have to make something there and find an image.

or send the picures i find on another device through email to my school computer

I found this website where u can look up images and its not blocked (for example I like anime pfps) its rlly annoying cause i can be looking up stuff for my school project and its blocked so it helps

The Google Slides/Docs/other image finder isn't very helpful. From what I know it only shows images based on the licenses they have. (for example, some are only allowed for personal use without modification, while others are allowed for commercial use with modification) But I'm pretty sure licenses don't matter as much when you need images for school; since it's for educational purposes you have more freedom. The reason the Google image search is still like that is because it assumes you aren't making something that will be protected under fair use (e.g. a school presentation) and so you need to have the license for images you use.
Filters like Securly, on the other hand, are a whole different story.

(I'm pretty sure what I said above is accurate, but there's probably something that isn't correct.)

the part about needing a license sounds about right, i think since it's such a big service they would need that kinda protection for the people who make those images
not sure about Google Slides in particular though, i'm more of a microsoft powerpoint person myself xd
PowerPoint's online images have a little freedom, i think you can filter by licensing if i remember right

If what you are looking for is blocked, there is a 90% chance you're not even supposed to be there in the first place.
Don't complain when games are blocked.
Complain when websites you ACTUALLY NEED are blocked.
Everything i need i can access. Don't even get a school chromebook if you are going to complain when you can't play games.
Get a normal cp or phone if you want to play games. If you can't get one, do something like reading or exercising.

AFAIK my school has only blocked TurboWarp, but besides Ocular it's the only thing I've checked. I do not feel like testing other websites, in case they are blocked.

yeah i think forkphorous still works for me? not sure about Ocular though.
