Add CANCELING to scratch

Replace the search bar with the cancelled bar.

Your cancelled bar goes up when you get blocked, muted, reported, are rude, or make an ugly sprite. It also can be raised by projects, so for example killing zombies in a project could raise your cancelled bar.

increase cancelled bar by (1) :: events

Once the cancelled bar fills up, you are cancelled. All your likes are reset, and your comments are replaced with . You also are put back to New Scratcher for 3 days, and cannot post anything for 24 hours.

Hard to say. Scratch is used by users of all ages and backgrounds, including young kids and neurodivergent users, so there are times where a serious suggestion can sound silly because it's coming from the viewpoint of a child or a neurodivergent person who might not know how to properly frame the suggestion. It makes sense that a user's trustworthyness is based on factors like how many times they got muted, blocked, or notified for disrespectful or inappropriate behavior. Something like “ugly sprite” or “killing zombies” can be subjective (Is a sprite “ugly” because it is disrespectful/mockery, or is “ugly” based on aesthetic opinion? Was the user supposed to report the project where zombies are being killed because it's too violent?)

We actually did have something similar to this back during the 2.x days - not a cancelling bar, but moderator notifications were separate from normal notifications, and users did have the ability to see their old notification history - and thus watch their notification history stockpile up. It got removed for a combination of reasons (maintenance, un-usefulness or anxiety-inducing for some users, induced trolling for some users who wanted to stockpile up as many notifications as possible), but there were a few instances of users suggesting it be added back because they need reminders of what actions they did that were not okay.

Overall, having a measuring stick of how many times the guidelines were broken might be helpful to some users but not all. We've opted to not put it back in, but maybe someone in the community might have another (better) solution.
