Scratch Comment Censorship

Event
Ok, so I tried to make a comment with a single character, Scratch labeled it as, “a bad word”: Disabling my commenting for 5 minutes.

Problem
I don't understand how I said a bad word with an empty comment that only had 1 character. How did Scratch decide to censor my comment in the first place?

Info
The single character was the “Cloud with Snow” emoji. What's so special about the “Cloud with Snow” emoji is that it isn't rendered by Scratch as a printable character, but Scratch still lets the comment pass through somehow, so the comment turns out as an empty comment, like “ ”, kind of a harmless trick to show off to people, with a empty comment. This works normally, and Scratch had no problem previously with me doing it all the time, but now they flagged me for saying it.

It was likely blocked due to changes ST's been making to reduce spam.

However, it is not blocked, because I was able to post it today on my profile (https://scratch.mit.edu/users/54387a#comments-395974117 ), and on the project Weekend (https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/104/#comments-510248592 ).

Wouldn't it probably be ok here? IMO it might be less spammy for the original poster to stay on the same topic because he didn't get an answer a few months ago than making a new topic.

If it's the OP wanting more discussion then it's not a necropost. Please read necropost.

Not a necropost if the OP is bumping and the question never got answered. Necroposting is posting on an old post that was already answered
