I don't have any vision problem, but I think concerned people would love to see this feature coming out for the entire website, indeed.
There would be dark mode, daltonian colors, high contrast, blue light filter, monocromatic display, etc…
Useful for people who use systems which can't do all of this.
However, it would be hard to implement on pages with legacy UI (those 2.0 pages). If ST could update the remaining pages to 3.0…

Plus, Dark mode is the first thing to add.
