Is sharing Minecraft skins allowed (curious question)
if you don’t know much a Minecraft or haven’t known anything beyond the console edition features, custom skins aren’t executable files, just PNG files (which is what bitmap supports) that you can import into Minecraft, and if “secret/tos violating messages” is a worry, then it shouldn’t be because the entire skin png HAS to show for custom skins to work, so no hidden images can really be there.

No, I think Minecraft is a trusted website and skins there should be fully shareable.

A Minecraft skin is just an image, so there should be no issue as long as the skin itself is appropriate for Scratch.

Importing into bitmap may crush the quality of your skin and cause it to look bad in game
