Wow, that's a lot of blocks! Over 8000 in one sprite! I have a few suggestions relating to this…

• Reorder the sprites in the project so the thumbnail is first. The first sprite will be the one the editor opens. Having few blocks in it will mean the editor opens quickly. You can also add comments in that sprite for information and code documentation.
  
• There is a giant stack of if-else blocks. You can simplify it to the following:
  

  switch costume to (letter (#) of (Name))

  It's also much more efficient.
  
• Your 18 lists for “layers” could be stored in 1 list, just like what you did in your “Height Mapper” project. This would massively reduce the number of duplicated blocks as you no longer need separate code for each list.

Ok, I swapped the sprites. Also the way I did the name makes it not case sensitive, but I can make it case sensitive if you want.

Also, forgot to say, but yeah, it would be more structured in one list, but making it 18 lists was easier when I started making it.
