For some reason, even on other devices, the download page for Scratch 2 doesn't work. I'm not interested in the editor, but this is for people who want to use it without a browser extension. When you try to go to this page, the second step of downloading it will say "Hmm, editor downloads are not available right now - please refresh the page to try again.". It will say the same message even if you refresh your page or go to another device. So please bring back the Scratch 2 Offline Editor.
