ITS UNFINISHED I just shared it so I could get help

Well it's unposted whether that's intentional or not, but a good way to make backgrounds is to make them slightly move with the character, so make a background sprite that will go to:

set x to ((player x) * (0.05))

This will create a scroll effect. You can make a similar block. To change backgrounds just use a “Level ID” mechanic or a message variable.
