I think Scratch could benefit greatly from a feature in the search to sort by project creation date (by oldest or newest). Whenever I search for projects, (especially if I am searching for a type of project like a platformer) the “Popular” section is all old projects from years ago and the “Trending” section, albeit newer, still consists of mostly projects from 2-6 months ago. This feature could also make finding new games easier without having to check adverts or trying to find living studios that fit what you're looking for.
