Someone posted these image leaks of what Scratch 4 is going to be like. Is it closer than we think is it actually what Scratch 4.0 is going to look like??

Do you have a source for these images? The project doesn't say who or where these images came from

Those are definitely not real because of the “Message” button because unless if it links to the user’s comments, thats private messaging which is not only a rejected suggestion but is not allowed all together. Also the removal of the search tab and the scratch logo being turned to “Home” and the entire bar just being switched around definitely makes this feel, look, and probably make it fake

I'll ask the leaker if they know. I think they said there was going to also be a separate page for public chat, so that's what that button is for but I'll ask to be sure.

Also said there was going to be an ask AI button in the forums, but I definitely don't believe that lol.

(its just a work in progress leak, nothing offical, scratch 4 will have a diffrent logo layout, so there might missing elements and placeholders)

I came across these leaked images in a discussion on Reddit. While I can't link directly, they seemed real to me.

This screams fake. The fact that you found these images on reddit but can't link them directly, and only have posted these things ever since your account was created is just suspicious.
Also, the purple designs being used so excessively just kinda hurts my eyes. I don't think Scratch Team would make such a design choice like that.
(also: the footer on these “4.0” website designs contains Statistics, which is defunct. Just something)

Random people mysteriously getting their hands on “leaked” material is something to be suspicious of at all times. I guarantee you that no one is trying to be “right.” In this day and age, if someone hasn't taken another person's work to pass off as a leak, someone has used AI to make it for them. I don't know why people want to make fake leaks, but Scratch wouldn't be the first to have fake leaks made. Just look at Minecraft.

not sure what ur forum post count has anything to do with this, u can have 1000 posts and still mess up/find fake info/not be helpful (not saying that ur messing up or not being helpful, the only one that applies to u rn is likely finding fake info- just making a point with the others)
anywho if you look the mockup has the old footer and the new footer (found on 3.0 pages) just came out like a week or two ago so its not likely to revert back

Ok.
Maybe at least post the subreddit name and title of post if its okay? Scratch itself links to places like Twitter/X when doing site maintenance, which is no better than Reddit. If the Reddit discussion about scratch 4.0 leaks contains inappropriate content in it, then maybe that's a different story.
