The BIG question:
Which is better?
Geometry Wave Dash is fun, but what about Geometry Dash? Geometry dash is on the ground, and Geometry Wave Dash is in the air. I prefer Geometry Wave Dash, but what do you prefer? I am going to make a project saying WHICH IS BETTER but I need your help, otherwise it won't be correct. Thank you!

Regular Geometry Dash has a wave gamemode. It also has the ship, UFO, and swingcopter, all of which are air gamemodes, so Geometry dash “being on the ground” is only true for Cube and Robot, which are not the only gamemodes in real Geometry Dash and most levels. I prefer real, non-Scratch, paid Geometry Dash for these reasons:

1. There's more variety in gamemodes, meaning you're not stuck with the wave (which is actually stolen from real Geometry Dash in the case of Geometry Wave Dash).
   
2. There's more variety in levels and you can add new levels to the increasing level pool using the editor. This may be why regular GD is so popular and not boring, even outside of the Scratch community, in the first place.
   
3. Regular Geometry Dash has more polish and can be sold as a real game on app stores (which it is).
   
4. Due to the editor, you can make Geometry Wave Dash in Geometry Dash with the help of random triggers and other basic editor experience. You cannot create anything in Geometry Wave Dash.
   
5. There are so many levels that the game can cater to almost all types of fans, and the fans that are not satisfied can just create their own.
   
6. There are more difficulties, even if the levels themselves are locked on one, because there's a lot of levels and this game has a low skill floor and a high skill ceiling.
   

Only downside to regular Geometry Dash is that it costs money, which is a turn-off for people who don't want to spend bucks on a game. Just remember, I'm assuming “Geometry Dash” is the real Geometry Dash as there's tons of sometimes-sloppy Geometry Dashes on Scratch.
