Bring Up My Post - if a topic is not on the first page or has not been bumped in 24 hours, it can be bumped so it goes to the front of the forums section.

what does bump mean?
(Internet forum article) When a member posts in a thread for no reason but to have it go to the top, it is referred to as a bump or bumping. It has been suggested that “bump” is an acronym of “bring up my post”; however, this is almost certainly a backronym, and the usage is entirely consistent with the verb “bump” which means “to knock to a new position”.

Bump means Bring Up My Post. When a topic is not on the front page or hasn't been bumped in the last 24 hours, it can be bumped up to the front of that section.
