You'd probably want to start with a tile system, you can use a list to represent the tile at each index. However, your question's a bit vague, so it's hard to help.

i created the player movement in the rpg it is under progress because many i have to add many things to it i watched griffpatch to make the player movement and i have to add so much more

the problem was with the tile representing but i deleted everything so it is no use but i am making an platformer so there a mistake that it does not animate properly but the project is unshared should i share it so someone can fix the script

To be specific, RPG is just a scrolling background game that you can go anywhere, I believe these videos from Griffpatch will help.
