At first I thought i was one time, but if i leave scratch for like 1 min, then it's gonna log me out. And sometimes when i sign in, it instantly logs me out again.

So, there are a couple possibilities here:
1. Browser weirdness. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies and see if that fixes it. (You will have to sign in again after you do this, but hopefully only once.)
2. Someone else is in your account If you think there is any chance of this, CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD IMMEDIATELY!
3. It's something else that I don't know how to fix ;-;

It's probably a good idea to change your password even if you don't think there's any chance of a hacker, just to be safe.

I don't think it's the second one, as this was happening to me, and others are reporting the same thing. I feel like they'd be really fast at going into my account when I'm getting logged out the moment I log in
