My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 137.0.0.0, No Flash versions detected

For some reason, my scratch account password was changed without my knowledge, and it was disconnected from my Google account. Help!

Do you have access to your email (they might have been able to get your email password if they were able to reset your Scratch account password)? Try resetting your email password if you can, check if you have malware on your computer, contact the Scratch team, and reset your Scratch password.
Edit: This might have been part of the hacking thing that happened a bit ago, so try using contact us, and use the email that you created your account with (make sure that they don't have access to the email)

Idk, no one seems to login to my mail. I've just resetted my account password 5 days ago, now when I type in my email, there is only 1 account popping up, my old account from 2022. The reset just dont work. I've contacted the Scratch Team but they haven't responded. It's been 3 days.

I know, but what I mean is someone might have guessed your password and then changed the email on your account

I'm pretty sure that to change the email they have to guess your birth year and month.

I'm pretty sure that to change the email they have to guess your birth year and month.

Actually, you can change your email through account settings, and all you have to do is type a new email address, as well as the password associated with your account.
