Do you have NO care for young kids who may have NIGHTMARES becuase you can’t not make horror games on a kids site? Community guidelines exist for a reason. Actually, Scratch loses money when horror games are posted. Why? Becuase they lose sponsors who report kids having nightmares. Please think about other people.

The FNAF policy has some insightful information about your topic, specifically:

speakvisually wrote:

Which elements are considered inappropriate according to the Scratch Community Guidelines?
Graphic Content: Depictions or audio that emulate weapons, gore, or violence.
Intense Themes: Serious or scary topics.
Vulgarity: Disrespectful or mature language.
Jumpscares: Startling images that abruptly flash on the screen.
If your project has any of these, stop and think. Perhaps you can download your horror project and send it to friends outside of the Scratch website.

Don’t forget when it gets extreme some little kids can get genuinely scarred and traumatized, which is a thousand times worse as it may affect their everyday behavior and may also effect behavior towards others including loved ones and friends. The horror project matters less than the people viewing it, as you (the op of this topic) many never know how it may effect someone, could leave them with no effect, others may take it hard.

And to add on to this - it's not just a “can.” FNAF was banned because the Scratch Team was getting multiple reports about younger kids getting affected by Scratch, which was affecting the main goal of the website - to teach kids how to code.
