Rules

Disrespecting the rules can lead to a message report, so please read carefully

- Spamming is not allowed
- Do not be disrespectful, mean, or rude to anyone
- Don't write posts for no reason

- Only staff members can “bump” this topic.
- You have no right to copy this topic
- You must credit the shop and the staff member who completed your order.
- Minimum 2 days to complete the order after “taken”.

- Use the forms to order, join, or partner with this shop.
- Respect the scratch community guidelines
- Deadlines need to be a time, not a date. They are started when they are taken.

- Employees can politely refuse to do an order. If they do so, customers must accept this and move on.
- Customers may ask for a redo. Employees may politely refuse.
- After an order is completed, an employee must ask if the customer would like to be a member, noting all of its exclusive benefits.

Staff Abilities

- Request to add a rule (minimum Class A or Board of Directors)
- Request to remove a rule (minimum Class A or Board of Directors)
- Request for a promotion (All)
- Request to ban a customer (All, but requires an appropriate reason)
- Request to fire somebody (Class A and above, but not a manager, requires an appropriate reason). You may only request to hire somebody with a lower class than you. You may not request to fire somebody if you are deemed “inactive” by a Board of Directors.
- Request to hire somebody (Class A and above, but not a manager). You may only request to hire somebody with a lower class than you.
- Give reports every once and a while on orders to be taken/completed, and status of shop (Board of Directors, manager, or Chief Manager)
- Ask for a promotion (All but must be unanimous vote from the Board of Directors).
- Reques to make announcement (Board of Directors)
- Add shop link to signature (All)
- Take orders (All)
- Request a change in Staff Abilities (Board of Directors only)
- Complete control (Executive Officer)
( The co-executive officer has complete control but may be vetoed by the executive officer. The executive officer may not be vetoed by the co-executive officer.
- Major change to policy rules (requested by Class A or up. Must be unanimous from Class A and Board of Directors).

Subject to change by Board of Directors.

Activity Checks
Once in a while, I will have an activity check. When I say “Activity Check” all employees must write “activity” in the next two days, or they will have a -1 activity until the end of the month. This does not apply to those who are on a break. If they ever have -1 activity, they are labeled as “inactive”. If they ever have -2 activity, they are put on probation. For employees put on probation, they must respond to the next activity check in one day, rather than 2. If they ever have -3 activity, depending on other factors, they may be fired.

Members are those who promise that every time they need something that this shop offers, they will choose this shop. They of course must follow the discussion to receive updates.

These include exclusive benefits;

1. A follow
2. Premium time. Orders completed faster, with the most active employees working on it. Sometimes many workers working at a time. Their order goes ahead of all others.
