I have zero clue about any controversy about the lets say… Circle and triangle incredibox mod. Is it because of the scary part in the game? Or is it because of the disgusting media that was made out of that said game. Because I know like a few other games/shows that have scary parts in it and they don't get NFE'd

Btw I have nothing against this ban, I personally don't care for that game even if I do feel bad for the creator.

It got blanket banned because it was making people find the scary things

It was banned because of the horror part, amd it was banned before the content farms.

It wasn't banned until after the content farms (I doubt there were a thousand projects of it before they made it take over YT kids), and it was banned due to mass amount of projects about it that contain the horror part. Franchises are not banned due to containing horror; franchises are only banned if the ST notices enough inappropriate content involving said franchise that it is not worth the effort to keep of non-inappropriate content derived from it while weeding out the bad stuff.

As far as I know, you can still mention it, however Sprunki content is no longer allowed due to a growing number of instances where it became inappropriate and it was too easily redirected to violent content.

It's my understanding that at this point Sprunki “Incredibox” type music projects are no longer allowed due to the large number of them that have inappropriate content. I'm not sure about character designers and similar type projects.

There was a point when the entire trending section was full of violent Sprunki content and a huge studio movement to get it banned, so its for the best.
