The most “coolest” and “funniest” project would probably be up to interpretation.

Jokes aside, it is completely subjective. It depends on what games someone likes!

Well, it's really based on personal preference, but @Castle_Hippopotamus has made a project called "Ultimate Games" where it has links to a TON of quality Scratch games, including some of my personal favorites, like Chirpy Reverie.
(Note, some of the biggest games on Scratch require an external project loader called Turbowarp.)
