So as you may know, some projects have thumbnails that are animated, even when you don’t click on the project. I’ve been trying to do this, but I can’t figure out how to. Can someone please show me the coding necessary?

Due to the userscript and browser extension policy, we can't tell you how. Basically it's a bookmark with special code in it that you click. Look up a tutorial on YouTube or Google.
