The Scratch Team is not looking for guides. If an owner of a directory is inactive or transfers ownership to you, you may make a new sticky.

Please note that trying to get stickied is not a “status symbol”; it should be more about making a post that provides quality information to the people reading it rather than having a sticky to brag (which there really isn't anything to brag about). So, please don't pester people with stickies to transfer ownership to you if they don't want to.

It’s highly unlikely to get a sticky. Stickys are basically like pinned comments and are only given by Scratch Team members. Stickied posts are commonly tutorials, rules, or lists. All of these are tell Scratchers important information that they should consider before posting. I hope this helps.

No. Sticked posts are almost never put up by scratch team members for helpful topics. You could have 10000+ posts and never have your own sticked post.
