I notice that multiplayer games no longer exist on scratch. I also never see any new games with highscores. Also the games I have that use cloud variables are all broken. Its been a while since i have used them, and I have not seen anyone use them in a long time, and the older projects that use them all seem broken. With this in mind, I ask this: Do cloud variables work at all anymore? If not, is there a timeline for how long it will be until they come back? And if they are not broken, are they still as functional as before, but just no one is using them anymore? Thanks.

Maybe. Ive been to afraid to make anything with cloud variables because im not sure. I havent seen any projects use them or have them work in a while, but maybe thats because other people feel the same way and are not adding cloud variables to projects like they used to. I may have to do some testing. thanks for the response.

Yesterday was the first day in months to have cloud variables working again but a few quirks are still there.

Trying to make a cloud game, but when I change the cloud variables on one tab, the same exact cloud variable just doesn't change on the other tabs. I've tried everything, but cloud variables just aren't working like they used to. Any tips on how to get this working?

Just saw some cloud data in a Griffpatch project… It was all set by @veryrealteacher so I guess cloud variables are down for another year. Scratch Team, please fix this! Some of my best projects use cloud variables and all my games are just unplayable now!

Unless they went down again, this cant be true. Cloud multiplayer games (new ones, not the old ones) do work, and my games that use cloud variables do actually work now.

What? Bummer. I was so excited when they came back in April…. and now they're fading away again.

Its all because of @Veryrealteacher he/shes a hacker and is breaking griffpatches projects (specificaly the ones using cloud variables)
