Scratch updated with a "make a block" feature?
I've been off of scratch for awhile, I see it no longer uses the program, but I saw a “make a block” button using the site's scratch kit, would this somehow be able to be used to connect other people's computer's with each other, you know, creating servers/joining other's through scratch via someone port forwarding, or having your own server set up for players to join and play with/against each other in a game that was made by a player.
And could this be used for data persistence, in which data is stored online via a server, keeping information, until a player has logged on and started playing again, therefore changing the information in it, yet still keeping it memorized when they logged off?
If you could answer my questions, that'd be nice.

@easymath123
Thank you, making our own blocks will allow us to make our own coding, it will be amazing.

You can't make blocks that you can't already work around without the make a block feature, as you make the block out of other blocks, not flash code. You can, however, make multiplayer games using cloud variables.

I'm happy the make “block button” stayed here for Scratch 3.0. I am just hoping they let us make extenstions for even better custom blocks
