How would you “hack the system”, exactly? Scratch's servers aren't nearly as susceptible to attack as people seem to think. It means, that your IP address is banned forever.

And to answer your question, you would be able to use Scratch for a period of time, and then the ST would IP ban you again once they regained control of the servers. I'd put your time there at about 2 weeks to a month, at most. Still, the ST could just track everything you do and delete it.

But what is the punishment? This is a very weird thing to be asking. Why would you need to know what the punishment for hacking the website is?

No matter how petty case it may seem, but under Digital Act of India 2023, you can face legal charges. But what is the punishment? How would you “hack the system”, exactly? 13. You agree that these Terms of Use, for all purposes, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts applicable to contracts to be wholly performed therein, and any action based on, relating to, or alleging a breach of the Terms of Use must be brought in a state or federal court in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.Yeah, indian law isn't really relevant, considering that.
Still, the ST could sue you for damages to their property (as in the United States you're allowed to sue people for damages that are any amount larger than 20 USD), and probably build a criminal case against you too.
