"Unflag"
Why would you want an option to unflag someone? It gives you an “Are you sure?” message when you flag something so you should think about it before flagging.

Well flagging is a button which must be used with responsiblity.. There is no point on an unflag button, since it explicitely asks you “Are you sure ?”

Yes! Gosh I flagged on the dumbest whim when I was a small child, and I feel really bad about it, plus if it ever gets flagged again I'll probably get a warning saying ‘Don’t flag random stuff' for something I did FOUR YEARS AGO. Please make this an option aaa

+1 Because once I accidently flagged an innocent comment and I was FRUSTRATED. Whaaaa! I'm going to be banned! Blocked aaa! Then I contact the scratch team with a panic text without checking if I spell everything right. I'm panicked that time. O_O

I don't think this is nessecary since it asks “are you sure?” and as long as you don't just go around flagging random stuff all the time, then you wouldn't get banned for it.

Support! I once flagged an account that was hacked, but the hacker was unable to hack the account again and I wish I could unflag that user. Now they have a -1 against them from me. I wish I could give them a +1 or +2! Option to unflag something/someone.

This happened to me a couple of times. A dialogue box comes up, I click the button too many times, and when it finally closes, the confirmation button is right beneath it.
