I can't remember, but I was wondering about this because of something stated on a topic in Suggestions, since I remember it happening a few years after 3.0's release.

By the title, I mean the link that is sent when you're invited to become a Scratcher and the one that appears on your profile.

The page first appeared on the Wayback Machine on April 9th, 2022, and has been captured relatively regularly since then, so I'd say probably March or April 2022.

The capture shows a 404 page because it's only visible to signed-in users.

After looking through the page's commit history on GitHub, this seems to be consistent with when commit messages became more about renovating and maintaining that file than adding new features (it was renamed, there's a link at the top of the commit history there that takes you to the commit history of the current file).
