My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 131.0.0.0, No Flash version detected

I don't think the operating system is related to this bug, but every time i try to drag a script from one sprite to another, especially when it's one at the bottom they keep twitching and moving. I'm bad at explaining this, so i made an example project: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1118941399/
dragging the script at the start sprite to the end sprite is basically impossible, especially for new scratchers who don't know about the backpack or other ways to “fix” this problem

Can reproduce at window size 1100x790. (for me it doesn't happen at all in a maximized window)
I can drag blocks to the END sprite, but I can't directly drag blocks to Sprite11 nor Sprite12. The sprites start flickering when dragging a block to Sprite11, Sprite12 or END.
I can't drag blocks to Sprite13 and Sprite14, because they get replaced with Sprite11 and Sprite12.

I think these bugs are related.

Actually, if I make the window even smaller such that there are 4 sprites / row, with scrollbar next to the sprites, then I can't drop the script on the END sprite. It goes to Sprite12 or just disapppears.

Workaround: you can zoom out before dragging blocks between sprites. That way you can simulate a larger window, where the bug doesn't occur.

This is still a bug?? (this has been around for like 6 years)
