♡ ADMIN DUTIES
﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋⤸
⊱ there are eight admin positions in wild: thunderclan admin, riverclan admin, shadowclan admin, windclan admin , kittypet + loner admin , litter admin and event admins.
each of the admins are responsible for:
- CLANS: creating a main studio, a territory studio, and allegiance studio. your helper can assist you with making these and will help you to set-up and run them. each studio must include an introduction to the clan and a brief overview of its territory; a weather synopsis, a list of the current high ranks & admin team of that group, and links to the sign-up studio and projects/studios related to said clan.
- CLANS: updating and maintaining the allegiance description. the sign-up studio will be updated often (weekly or biweekly) by me regarding which clans are still open. by staying on top of the allegiance description, we minimize chances of miscalculating the number and ages of our characters.
- OTHER: creating at least one studio dedicated to your group and adding the same information above (if relevant) in the studio's description. similarly, for loner + kittypet, maintaining the allegiance is vital.
- EVENT: must create a project to announce quarterly events. they will also be responsible for planning events and then bringing their ideas (firstly) to the host, and – once approved – to the staff team. the event admins will manage and create a project with a daily task board for roleplayers.
- LITTER: responsible for creating and managing a kit-rolling project used by all four clans and the loner + kp group. this project must include what rolling a certain number would mean, a list of all current litters and who the parents are, and where each of the litters are taking place. the project should also include a simplistic form for parents to fill out.
- all admins will be responsible for announcing upcoming/current events that the staff team has collectively decided on and for answering any questions that roleplayers might have about the roleplay.
- all group admins are allowed to accept bios. however, there are some regulations. admins may only accept bios for their specific group.
admins will report to the host.
♡ ADMIN HELPER DUTIES
﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋⤸
⊱ there are four admin helper positions in wild: thunderclan helper, riverclan helper, shadowclan helper, and windclan helper.
each of the helpers are responsible for:
- assisting their respective main admin with the running, maintaining, and creation of their clan's studios.
- accepting sign-up bios in the sign-up studio. they may only accept ones for their specific group.
- welcoming newcomers in the community/oorp chat (tba) and helping them find people to roleplay with. it is very important that this roleplay remains community-minded and focused, since we are trying to create a cozy and welcoming environment for everyone! <3
helpers will report to their respective admins and to the host.
♡ HIGH RANK DUTIES
﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋⤸
⊱ there are twelve high rank positions in wild: leader, deputy, and medicine cat for each of the four clans.
high ranks are responsible for:
- LEADERS: creating and managing a project for clan meetings. creating a project with a detailed description and rudimentary map of the territory (includes camp, territory, landmarks, and fauna found there). naming apprentices and assigning them mentors. elevating apprentices to warriors. and a ceremony whenever a new deputy must be chosen or a warrior becomes an elder.
- DEPUTIES: creating and managing a rolling project for patrols and hunting, as well as assuming any of the leader's should should they (irp) fall ill, are injured, or d.e; (oorp) are too busy, inactive, or k.ll off their character.
- MEDICINE CATS: creating and managing a rolling project for injuries, sicknesses, and how well the herbs worked. medicine cats will also be responsible for irp assisting with a character's medical needs (if the roleplayer wishes). disclaimer: the roleplayer is the only one who can decide if their character's illness/injury proves fatal.
high ranks report to their respective admins and admin helpers.
