Click on the “Share to” button underneath the project stage display. There should be a download link if a project has a 1.4 file available.

Downloading used to allow it to be played in the offline editor, which ran a little differently than the online one. However, now the project editor and player run identically, so there's no need to download it.

People just haven't changed their project notes yet.

(Btw, we can read caps the same way we can read normal text.)
