I believe that this would increase interaction with the community and show how many people agree with another person's thoughts, ideas, and opinions. This would also help prevent a 50 message long reply chain on popular projects.

Some extra info:
* Only verified scratchers would be able to like and dislike comments.

* Scratchers would receive messages in their inbox about milestones their comments reach.
Examples: “Your comment on ”Insert a Generic Game here“ has reached 100 likes, people see you as a good example!”
“Your comment on ”Insert Another Generic Game here“ has reached 500 likes, people really like what you have to say!”

* This would apply only to comments on Projects. (Applying this to comments on Studios I think is optional)
